Job opportunity – Ecommerce Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Supervisor will execute Stanley Black & Decker Ecommerce strategy and be responsible in growing this channel in Brazil. This position is based in São Paulo office.

• Hunting new ecommerce partner´s to our brands; • Development of programs designed to drive aggressive GMV (gross merchandise volume) for our online partners; • Drive sales and margin through site merchandising strategies working with other areas to optimize the customer experience and aligning to corporate marketing strategies; • Collaborate with other teams to track sales & product performance against the strategic plan and identify improvement/enhancement opportunities to achieve greater sales targets; • Partner with the business teams to build capability & enhance operational rhythm; • Development of online marketing campaigns and commercial proposals; • Work together (four hands) with customers, building strong relationship; • Develop competitive frameworks to drive category growth through competitive analysis, keeping competitive points of view updated and communicated • Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience in Ecommerce Sales position or Key Account; • Good written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus; • Ecommerce direct selling experience required; • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Experience with SAP and other ERPs; • Skill to properly manage the chain through product category management expertise; • Superior sales, communication, organization and management skills; • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; • Percent of Travel required: 30%
